Indigenous People of The White Mountains
Indigenous New Hampshire Collaborative Collective
A grassroots movement of community members of diverse cultural backgrounds, working to re-frame New Hampshire’s heritage through a decolonial lens.
Created by a team of co-conspirators, including local Tribal leaders, Indigenous and non-Indigenous students, staff, and faculty at the University of New Hampshire, local community activists and volunteers, local artists and filmmakers, various researchers, and high school students.
This is a great place to learn more about Native Americans in NH, learn where to learn even more, and learn how to be an ally to modern Native American communities. They offer many educational resources.

The Cowasuck Band of the Pennacook Abenaki People
A band that strives to bring history back into focus and to correct many misconceptions about the relationship of Native People and the founding of the United States. They represent a majority of the modern United States Cowasuck Abenaki and related Pennacook. They offer educational and cultural programs, social and religious services, and environmental programs.
Abenaki Trails Project
The goal of this project is to visibly honor and share a more inclusive history of the Abenaki people, to highlight historical Abenaki sites and to accentuate the positive influences we have had with Colonial America and the towns we continue to live in today.

Mount Washington Avalanche Center and Friends of Tuckerman Ravine
MWAC is a partnership between the Friends of Tuckerman Ravine, the Mount Washington Avalanche Education Foundation, the Mount Washington Volunteer Ski Patrol, and the U.S. Forest Service. They provide forecasts, observations, and condition reports for Mount Washington.

Mount Washington Observatory
Mount Washington Observatory is a private, nonprofit, member-supported institution with a mission to advance understanding of the natural systems that create Earth’s weather and climate.
