Pine Line Outdoors is a private outdoor guide service that caters to all visitors of the White Mountains. We specialize in beginner groups and will work with you to create the perfect outdoor experience for you!

Our mission is to make New Hampshire’s wilderness accessible to everyone.

We aim to spark excitement for outdoor activities, boost confidence in our clients by exploring new possibilities, and educate the public about outdoor sustainability and stewardship.

Chris Tremblay and Linsey Phelan are the owners and operators of Pine Line Outdoors LLC. Pine Line is a passion project that was launched in 2019 as a way to share their love of the outdoors with others. Together they have over 10 years of experience in the outdoor recreation and education industry. They started this company to guide clients to a unique and exciting outdoor experience by providing specialized instruction, local knowledge, and a focus on individual needs.

Linsey grew up in the suburbs of NJ in an outdoorsy family and spent a lot of time skiing, camping and kayaking as a kid. From an early age she learned the value of nature and found joy in outdoor sports. And teaching is in her blood. Linsey’s father is an experiential education teacher and she has followed in his footsteps.

Linsey graduated from University of New Hampshire in 2015 with a degree in Outdoor Education and has been working in the outdoor industry ever since. Linsey's biggest passion is teaching skiing. She has been coaching skiers of all abilities and ages for years and loves the challenge of creating that “Aha!” moment. Linsey has also spent many years as a challenge course trainer and facilitator where her job was to not only coach staff on the correct operation and management of their ropes course but also to help groups grow stronger as individuals and as a team through games, low elements and problem solving activities. She specializes in children’s education.

Linsey loves teaching outdoor activities because she understands the ability they have to build confidence and relationships. The feelings of stoke and flow are powerful things!

Linsey's favorite hobbies are horseback riding, backcountry skiing, and hanging out with her pets.
